Träffpunkt Simonsland, Borås
Träffpunkt Simonsland is the location of municipal services for the elderly and the disabled and their associations. The building also houses around 45 associations and organisations for the elderly and disabled.
The entrance has been made more accessible – a Matting Jaguar scraper mat with marking studs as a guidance system has been installed outside at the entrance. Inside the doors there is a Maximus Image with a visual guidance system imprinted into the wiper matting. This is followed by a wider variant of Matting’s Aluminium tactile guidance system with light-coloured inserts. A very stylish and functional solution that runs throughout the entrance area.

Orangeriet, Borås
Orangeriet (‘the Orangery’) is a unique place. A shining pearl in Borås City Park. Orangeriet is a building synonymous with sustainability. The building was designed by the Wingårdhs architectural firm. The building is approximately 600 square metres in size.
Matting AB has had the pleasure of supplying the entrance matting for the entrances. A tactile guidance system was installed in the emco Diplomat 522 R/TLS matting in the accessibility-enhanced entrance. The system has a contrasting colour scheme and the alternating profile heights, 17 and 22 mm, make it tactile. Diplomat is an effective, hard-wearing, rollable and stylish mat manufactured from aluminium profiles with customised inserts. The matting can be manufactured in any shape.
